We’re working hard to make our packaging robust enough to ensure every order arrives at its new home safe and sound. But a framed artwork is not the easiest to ship, and it sometimes happens that an item may get damaged in transport. 

All frames are wrapped thoroughly in bubblewrap, with corner guards added and shipped in heavy-duty cardboard. For frame orders outside the Netherlands, a compulsory upgrade to perspex glass is required, as this is more robust compared to standard glass. This upgrade is automatically added to your shipping price.
